We stand behind the quality of Vitamee™ products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to the product cost of eligible items.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@vitamee.co within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
